Robert Peugeot was born in 1950, graduated from the central institute of Paris and the European institute of business administration (Insead), after enter the PSA group served as a variety of management position, and during the period of 1998 to 2007, served as the group members of the committee, responsible for innovation and quality.

He is FFP in Peugeot permanent representative of the supervisory board, as a strategic, chairman of the committee, and is the financial and audit committee.Since the end of 2002, he has been as chairman and general manager leadership development of FFP.
